In common with most artist’s I’m happy to consider commissions.

Portraits, Landscapes, House Portraits, Murals and Trompe l’oeil, some commercial projects, - all manner of things - except for children and animals. Not that I can’t - more that I won’t. It’s specialist work and those who enjoy doing it are often superb!

Full length or head and shoulders. I’ll be happy to discuss your requirements.
Sorry - but I won’t work from a photograph for a portrait.

LANDSCAPES
Anything from a house portrait upwards. I painted this from photographs - it was OK but would have been so much better had it been my own material: had I actually experienced the scene. It’s a painting of a photograph - the difference, I think, between illustration and fine art.

This is a promo poster for a software manufacturer who specialised in image manipulation products. It says something for their artistic ethic that they wanted traditional illustration techniques for the poster.

FIGURE PAINTING

The brief called for colourful and fun. I’d seen the pictures it would be hanging with and wanted it to look as if it belonged, and yet still demand attention. I think I got it right!
